Dr. Christianson graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2008, after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Continuing education is a top priority, as he strives to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry so that he can provide the best dental care possible.
Dr. Christianson is an active member in the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Shakopee Lions, Southside Comprehensive Study Club and also participates in the "Give Kids a Smile" program.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four small children. As an outdoor enthusiast, that's where he can be found when he is not at the office.
Dr. Kristy Taran grew up in Wausau, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002. She then attended Marquette University School of Dentistry and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007. After graduating, she moved to Boulder, Colorado and worked at a public health care dental clinic for seven years. Dr. Taran and her family returned to the Midwest in 2014 and reside nearby in Minnetonka.
Dr. Taran enjoys connecting with her patients and helping them achieve a beautiful and healthy smile in a comfortable and fun environment. She is committed to providing patients with advanced, state-of-the art dentistry and attends numerous continuing education and training courses each year. She is a member of the American Dental Society, Minnesota Dental Society, Seattle Study Club and has laser certification through the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Taran and her husband are proud parents to their two young children. Besides spending time with her family, she enjoys traveling, hiking and photography.
